Query with Dataspy Mini - I:

When you use BinTerm with these Dataspy, all two way's must have the same baud rate.
You can query all two lines with only one COM-port in your PC. Ideal for using with a notebook. Only one side can sending data for protocoling in BinTerm.
When you want spy only one direction, you can choice it in BinTerm and set the jumper so it is showing in BinTerm.
With two Connectors you can protocoling in duplex work from the serial ports.

Connection from Mini-II:

A B
  C
All Pins are from connector A to B 1:1 trought the dataspy. To trace a existing data connection, open the cable connection and take the Mini-II between the connectors A and B.
Witch line Pin 2 or 3 is TxD or RxD is not important. The Mini-II work in both directions.
The connector C must you connect to the PC
with the BinTerm program. You must use a RS232 cable with a 1:1 pin connection and with all connected pins.

Query with Dataspy Mini - II:

The successor: It can insert data in the data stream. And the maximum baud rate is up to 115200 baud. With additional two jumper, you can change the lines RxD and TxD.

Connecting from jumper:
(1) You can see it in BinTerm in the way from the direction, there is a small picture included.
(2) With these jumpers, you can change the direction lines RxD ant TxD. Normally you must make the jumpers how are showing in the picture in the top. When you want to change RxD and TxD, then you must set the left down and the right jumper up.

With 2 Dataspy- Connectors, you can spy the data in 2 ways at the same time (duplex). With one Dataspy- Connector, you can only spy one way in one direction at the same time. When there coming in two characters, BinTerm cannot understand the data- byte.
